SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT (Sleeps 6)
Primary bedroom-king bed. En-suite bathroom and direct access to the balcony,  views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the beach and pool areas.
Second bedroom has a Queen bed with large closet and built-in shelves.
Guests who prefer to sleep in the breezy common area can cozy up on the full size sleeper sofa.
Every bedroom has a smart flat screen TV.
All rooms have plenty of closet space.
The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The location is ideal for sunset beach walks, uninterrupted beach runs, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, shelling, dolphin, sea turtle and ray spotting. The family friendly beach is also ideal for pitching a cabana and just lounging.
This condo is perfect for family gatherings and is close to restaurants, entertainment, shops, Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and the Beach Trolley.

Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.

Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 5:00
Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. . All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months .
No Pets Allowed.
No smoking - No Vaping Property this includes balconies and patio.
Emerald Isle HOA allows 2 guest parking spots. 
Snowbird Rentals Accepted.
Renter must be 25+ years of age.
Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and  there will, without exception, be a $200 charge.
