Emerald Isle 108 Beach Front First Floor End Unit

Had such an exceptional experience in interactions with owner/mgr. Professional, thoughtful, and accommodating responses; best experience I’ve ever had. Really beautiful condo that was very comfy. It was the perfect mix of feeling like we were guests in a fully functional home (versus a sterile hotel), yet not the feeling of intruding on stranger’s environment. Will look at this place first for future trips.

The condo was very nice, clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. The location was not ideal, the pool pump was right below balcony and very noisy 24/7 which was disappointing as far as sitting out on balcony. Emerald Isle as a whole needs to address maintenance issues, bathroom in lobby/pool area were out of order entire time we were there, also the water to rinse off coming off beach was not working. This was no fault of condo owners or host but should have been fixed by maintenance people!!

This condo was perfect for what we were needing. The decor/furniture is beautiful. The bedding/couch is extremely comfortable. The view from the window is gorgeous and the curtains are thick enough to block out the light if needed. The appliances all work and are nice quality. The only negative thing we found was the water pressure in the showers was a little low, but that is practically a non-issue. We did have a little issue figuring out the remote/light/lamp situation, but we got there in the end! Haha. The pool area is nice with plenty of seating and parking was not a problem. There are only 2 elevators for the whole condo, so you might have to wait a moment to be able to use it. The stairs are also an option as this condo is on the second level. The beach access is as advertised and we had no complaints other than the water pressure in the shower area leading back to the condos. It took a bit to rinse the sand off.My group would definitely recommend this condo and would be glad to stay there again!
