Property was exactly as described and more. Beach view was amazing and access was just as easy. Clean and furnished with all necessary needs. Early morning coffee with the sunrise on the balcony is a must when staying here. Donna even kept in touch and let us know all the happening like fireworks available for view. Perfect timing to plan a proposal by the way. 10/10 recommend!

Super clean perfect amount of space for us and our 4 kids. There were toys and games for the kids to play in the living room so that was really nice. Only complaints we had was the bed was so hard we didn't sleep too good and we were wishing the beach access was directly across because we got tired of walking back and fourth with all the beach stuff even with the wagon it was just a hassle. The host was super nice and replied to any questions quickly.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was very clean and well equipped. The location was great - no development across the street means unobstructed Gulf views from the front and fabulous sunset views from the pool area in the evenings. We enjoyed celebrating the USA’s 250th birthday watching the fireworks from the Sabine side and saw the Blue Angels’ homecoming on Sunday evening and took in practice from Fort Pickens. We look forward to staying here again!!

The condo was a perfect place to stay for a family. It is close to all restaurants and activities. We would recommend this place for any family.

Perfect stay! We had four kids in ages of 16 to 23 and they all said this was a favorite! Beach was quiet and beautiful. The view from the balcony with coffee or a book was just what I needed. Convenient location close to the boardwalk and pier for restaurants, shops, and souvenirs. We booked a dolphin cruise and parasailing that were close by. The Gopher golf carts and trolley bus were super convenient. Host was quick to respond and made everything very accommodating.
