Long needed beach trip
Overall the place was great and I highly recommend this place to others. Everything was set up and ready to go when needed and having items there for you just in case you forgot yours or didnt know you could use available was a huge plus. The beach cart was very handy for the amount items that were taken back and forth to the beach.

We absolutely LOVED this place! Well be returning with our kids. The condo has EVERYTHING you need for a beach getaway. The kitchen had all the pans and dishes you would need to cook. They had chairs, and other beach gear so we didnt have to buy or tote down in or luggage. The beach is a short 5min max walk. Theres even a trolley stop in front of the building that takes you into town so you dont have to drive!!! This condo was clean and comfortable. Was a wonderful getaway for the husband and I. Donna was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful beach condo
The condo was very clean, building was quiet and very secure. We couldnt be happier! You can walk to the main beach, .5 mile, or there is a quiet public beach even closer. Owner communicated very well and even let us know the Blue Angles would fly over and a time! Thanks for a great stay!

Our family spent a couple days here and we couldnt ask for a better property to serve our needs. You could easily spend multiple weeks at this condo comfortably. The hosts had everything, beach supplies etc. Furniture was well thought. You can tell theyve been hosting for awhile and if they havent Id be shocked. Thanks again for everything. We will be returning.

Beautiful View !!
This property has a beautiful view of the ocean! It was clean and fully furnished . The wagon provided to carry things to and from the beach was an extra bonus . Checking in was a breeze and communication with Donna the property manger was exceptional! The only negative to the property was the 5 minute walk to the beach but even that was not a deal breaker. We will definitely be back for future visits .

Great view and host
The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location and the view and balcony access from every room is amazing. The only down side is that you cant access the beach directly across the street due to fencing. But there are beautiful beaches within a short drive or walk. We had one disabled person so the walk was prohibitive. Our host was extremely helpful and immediately responsive.

Fantastic condo
We have stayed at many condos and this is one of the best equipped condos we have ever stayed at. It had everything you could need sans a washer and dryer. Every kitchen tool, every beach item you could possibly want was in this condo. The condo was very roomy and clean with the unbeatable view of the Gulf. Enjoyed a quick weekend with our children!

The view from this condo is STUNNING!
I was amazed at the choice I made to stay here. I looked at several places before deciding on this one and so happy I did. For not knowing where Sabine Yacht and Racquet club was located, I was definitely pleased. The view from here was STUNNING! Emerald, green water that transitions to blue with white sand beaches is BEAUTIFUL. Going back to the Atlantic after the Gulf is going to be sad. Just basically tan and green, brown water. I seriously hope to return here soon. The condo is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you could need. They even had utensils and cups for children. Very well thought out. Perfect Location -
This was a great location and cute condo. The area is fairly quiet traffic wise. The short walk to the beach was easy and the condo had a wagon for easy transport of our chairs and cooler. The pool and fire pit area were nice as well on the sound side.
