Beautiful condo with spectacular views
The condo is beautifully decorated, with a large den that seats many. All beds were comfortable with nice large bathrooms. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were well appointed (way beyond the norm). I loved being on the first floor especially with our 7 yr old granddaughters. The pool and beach are literally steps away. They have 2 large pools, hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs and table sets. The balcony is a good size with lots of seating. The view is beautiful! I loved the location. We walked across the street every night to eat, get Ice cream, and shop for souvenirs. Lots of restaurants to choose from. You cant beat this location! Donna was super fast to help us with any questions and got back to us immediately if we needed anything. Will, who set up our chairs every day, was wonderful! This was our first time staying at Emerald Isle and our first trip to Pensacola. We will definitely be back. Book the condo! You wont regret it.

Beautiful and convenient!
The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with more high end kitchen ware than most! The living room was very comfortable and spacious. We rented several units for a family vacation and everyone could comfortably come eat and hang out in this unit. The location (2nd actual floor) was very convenient. While others were waiting in the lobby for the elevator you could just take the stairs! Book it!! You wont regret it!!

Amazing gulf view condo!
This was a really terrific place to stay! My friends and I came for a girls weekend, and were really happy with the property. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, and its location to the beach was awesome. Also, the owner was fantastic about communicating with me. I will definitely look this owner up again.

Wonderful trip with my family!
The description is very accurate. This is a beautiful condo with easy access to the beach. The living room is so cozy with the extra-large comfortable sectional. It has everything you need with many extras including blankets, games, books and more. My elderly mother said she "felt like she died and went to heaven." Would stay here again!

A perfect vacation cut short
The property was amazing and just as pictured. The beds were AMAZING! Soooooo comfy. Kitchen had a assortment of dishes/pans for cooking. AC kept us plenty cool. We chose to leave early because of Ian. Not being familiar with hurricanes, we werent willing to chance that Mother Nature wouldnt head just a little more northwest. So our 7 day turned into 3. But well definitely go back!

Best vacation rental in the area!
Not only was our property manager responsive and polite. We felt like she went above and beyond before, during and after our stay. The property had an amazing view. It was beyond clean. The entire condo felt cozy and we loved the setup/decorations. Let us know if you'd like to gift us that property- it was so nice we contemplated on moving to Florida.

Gorgeous, clean condo with amazing views and new, very well equipped kitchen!
We loved this condo! - The beds were comfy, the sheets were soft, the kitchen was brand new and very well stocked, everything was clean, and the views were gorgeous. We loved having light from windows on two sides and so much space. We were happy to be able to avoid the elevators by using the stairs to go up one flight to the condo. We enjoyed the exercise room, easy access to the gorgeous beach, and proximity to Flounders and Crabs restaurants. The best part of the condo was the property manager, Donna Printiss. She was very organized and kept us informed ahead of time regarding parking permits, check-in/out process, etc. She even let us know when there was an unscheduled Blue Angels flight going by the condo. She worked diligently to correct the only issue we had with the condo: the ice machine in the new fridge freezer went to sleep and we could not figure out how to get it going. She stopped by the condo immediately upon receiving my text, researched the problem, and got the ice maker going. We will definitely try to rent this condo again when we go to Pensacola Beach

Great place and Location!
My wife and I stayed with my brother and his wife for a long weekend. Loved being right on the gulf, and easy access to the beach. Plus, a lot of restaurants and other places of interest nearby. Manager was very responsive to my questions and very flexible with our needs. Great weekend!
