Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 3rd floor unit can accommodate 6 guests comfortably.
The newly designed kitchen has quartz counter tops, premium stainless-steel appliances and is fully equipped to prepare a meal for your guests.
There is seating for 4 at the dining table, 5 at the countertop bar, and additional seating at the balcony’s outdoor dining table.
There is additional table seating on the balcony to relax in the privacy of your own space enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The incredibly spacious living area includes a large sofa, love seat and lounge chair surrounding the flat-screen TV with plenty of room to relax together.
Beach Towels provided upon request.
Things to Know
-Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
- During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
-No Pets
-No Smoking - No Vaping.
Important Note:
-The owners do occupy their condo throughout the year and they have dogs. We make every effort to remove all pet hair and dander but, guests with dog allergies might still have issues. Only owners are allowed to have pets at South Harbour.
-Construction is in place all over Pensacola Beach. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the condominium.

Home Away From Home
Our experience at this property was great. Donna was easy to communicate with and very informative for everything. The condo was perfect for my wife and I and another couple. Plenty of space with everything needed. The location is super convenient to many restaurants and the view of the sunset from the balcony is perfect. We look forward to visiting again. New Adventure -
We had never been to Pensacola Beach before, but were pleasantly surprised. Great condo and Donna was Johnny on the spot if we had questions. Only suggestion is to not cross over and go to the public beach access, drive a few miles to the east and you can have the beach almost to yourself! Water was beautiful!!

Great Pensacola Condo!
This condo was absolutely awesome. It was perfect size for my wife and I and a friend. Great balcony with great views and the location was close to everything we needed. Donna, the property manager, was very responsive and very easy to communicate with prior to the trip, when arriving and checking out. Will definitely be looking to stay here again on future trips!

Memorial Day weekend w/ friends
We've been coming to Pensacola Beach for several years and this was the best place we've ever stayed! The condo was lovely - very clean and plenty of room for the six of us to lounge and sleep. Massage chair in the living room was a surprise bonus! HUGE balcony with a view of the bay that can't be beat. We got some great sunset pics from out there. Short walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping we desired! Highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Awesome place to stay!
The condo was lovely and the view was great! It was clean and well furnished. The only complaint that I had about the furnishings was that there was only one roll of toilet paper in each of the 2 bathrooms. We were a party of 6 staying for a week, so we had to restock. Otherwise, the property is quite lovely with a great view, a pool, and a wonderful location within walking distance of the beach and several shops!
