Quiet Beach Getaway! Extra Amenities!

Cozy condo Nice little place right on the bay. Very clean and they had everything we needed for our say including the beach!

June stay. Loved the location. The walk to the beach was very short ! We enjoyed the patio view of the beach and the bay. Steep stairs. Would recommend a baby gate if traveling with smaller kids.

Amazing Stay! My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Pensacola at this condo. It was very close to the beach, very clean, and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family!!

Would stay here again! The condo was in a beautiful location. Amazing sunsets. It was quiet and we felt very safe walking the sidewalk to and from the beach at night. 2 balconies to enjoy the view from. One is private for the room and the other is shared. Steep, shallow stairs inside building and inside room, not a problem for us but it may be for someone else so I felt the need to mention. Excellent communication with property manager. We would definitely use Emerald Coast Getaways again!

A relaxing visit. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is ideal for two people. It was very clean. The beach was just across the street. The restaurants and activities were just a short walk.

Stairs. Older people may not be able to bring their luggage up the stairs. Everything is so close. Walking distance, driving etc. Flounders is our favorite for view, Food, but we checked out every place, Peg Leg Pete's, and drinks at Bamboo Willie's. All get a 5star.

Loved our stay! This was perfect for our little family vacation! Everything was clean + we had everything we needed. As mentioned, the stairs up to the bedroom were steep, but was not an issue for us at all. The place is beautiful and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Florida getaway Unit was exactly as pictured...perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the ocean, close to down town. Would highly recommend!!

Mardi Gras Stayed for Mardi Gras Sunday parade, condo was in great location. Unit was cute and very clean.

A Quick Beach Get Away This place was neat and clean. It was perfect for two adults. There are plenty of good restaurants near by and its a quick walk to the beach.

A short, easy walk to the beach. Communication with the property manager was very friendly and easy to understand.The condo was clean and pretty. The view of the bay from the balcony was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. The bed was very comfortable. We walked on the beach every day. There was a beautiful heron who lives just outside the building, and greeted us every morning. What more could we ask for?

Quiet, clean, and convenient! I was very impressed with how clean and up dated this condo was. Highly recommend if your needing a place to stay. Beach was easy to get to either by walking or driving. Beach chairs where awesome! Only negative would be if your not able to navigate stairs. There are two flights one to get to condo and one to bedroom. Would stay again!!

Easy and immaculate. This place is gorgeous, clean, and convenient! We loved everything about being there. The host even messaged us one night to suggest live music on the beach. We went and had a blast I will warn the steps are steep so maybe not for toddling babies or anyone who has trouble with stairs. Worked great for us and our two smaller kids. Stay here!

Long needed time for two. The condo was exactly as described. Donna was the BEST host we have ever had. She responded immediately when we had a question and sent me messages on things going on at the beach. We loved Pensacola Beach, Fort Pickens, and watching the Blue Angels practice. As long as you can walk up stairs, you will love this condo. I hope we get to come back again!! Thank you Donna!

Sand Dollar Review - We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the property! The communication with the host was excellent and the check in process was easy. The condo was quiet and well stocked with any amenity we needed. This was probably one of the best beach weeks we have ever had!

Tranquil Stay - I was so pleased with this property. The location was perfect, close to delicious eateries, convenient stores, and entertainment. The bay was just outside the door of the building with gorgeous marina views and just a short walk across the street was the beautiful ocean that I love so dearly. The community was peaceful. The unit was very clean and housed about anything one would need. The master bedroom was open and large, with 2 queen beds that were extremely comfortable for restful sleep, and the master bath included an awesome shower. I loved the open living room and all the furniture was comfortable. The decor was simply thematic of a nice beach retreat. The host responded quickly to my questions and alerted me to the Blue Angels flying the skies which was an awesome thing to see. The purpose of my stay was to visit my son, who was graduating from A-School in the US Navy, that I hadn't seen in several months, and to enjoy some time away from work. This unit was perfect. I can't say enough good things about this property and my stay. I would absolutely recommend this property for a worry-free and delightful stay. Thank you and I hope to visit again soon.

Girls trip First time to Pensacola and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. We had fast access to everything we wanted to do.

Best of both worlds! Such a great condo with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. We enjoyed the stay so much and hope to return soon.
