Quiet Beach Getaway! Extra Amenities!

Perfect Florida getaway Unit was exactly as pictured...perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the ocean, close to down town. Would highly recommend!!

Mardi Gras Stayed for Mardi Gras Sunday parade, condo was in great location. Unit was cute and very clean.

A Quick Beach Get Away This place was neat and clean. It was perfect for two adults. There are plenty of good restaurants near by and its a quick walk to the beach.

A short, easy walk to the beach. Communication with the property manager was very friendly and easy to understand.The condo was clean and pretty. The view of the bay from the balcony was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. The bed was very comfortable. We walked on the beach every day. There was a beautiful heron who lives just outside the building, and greeted us every morning. What more could we ask for?

Quiet, clean, and convenient! I was very impressed with how clean and up dated this condo was. Highly recommend if your needing a place to stay. Beach was easy to get to either by walking or driving. Beach chairs where awesome! Only negative would be if your not able to navigate stairs. There are two flights one to get to condo and one to bedroom. Would stay again!!

Easy and immaculate. This place is gorgeous, clean, and convenient! We loved everything about being there. The host even messaged us one night to suggest live music on the beach. We went and had a blast I will warn the steps are steep so maybe not for toddling babies or anyone who has trouble with stairs. Worked great for us and our two smaller kids. Stay here!

Long needed time for two. The condo was exactly as described. Donna was the BEST host we have ever had. She responded immediately when we had a question and sent me messages on things going on at the beach. We loved Pensacola Beach, Fort Pickens, and watching the Blue Angels practice. As long as you can walk up stairs, you will love this condo. I hope we get to come back again!! Thank you Donna!

Tranquil Stay - I was so pleased with this property. The location was perfect, close to delicious eateries, convenient stores, and entertainment. The bay was just outside the door of the building with gorgeous marina views and just a short walk across the street was the beautiful ocean that I love so dearly. The community was peaceful. The unit was very clean and housed about anything one would need. The master bedroom was open and large, with 2 queen beds that were extremely comfortable for restful sleep, and the master bath included an awesome shower. I loved the open living room and all the furniture was comfortable. The decor was simply thematic of a nice beach retreat. The host responded quickly to my questions and alerted me to the Blue Angels flying the skies which was an awesome thing to see. The purpose of my stay was to visit my son, who was graduating from A-School in the US Navy, that I hadn't seen in several months, and to enjoy some time away from work. This unit was perfect. I can't say enough good things about this property and my stay. I would absolutely recommend this property for a worry-free and delightful stay. Thank you and I hope to visit again soon.

Girls trip First time to Pensacola and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. We had fast access to everything we wanted to do.

Best of both worlds! Such a great condo with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. We enjoyed the stay so much and hope to return soon.

This beach property was literally awesome, very spacious, and homey property.

Very Satisfied Place was very clean and amazing. Dealing with the property management was an ease and Donna was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Unit was very quiet and could not hear neighbors. Location was perfect. Short 3-5 min walk to beach.

Wish we could have stayed longer- The condo was exactly as pictured and very close to the beach. The property manager was extremely helpful and made the process super simple and smooth. The area was nice and quiet. I was also very pleased with the checkout requirements because they were minimal. I have stayed at other vacation properties that pretty much asked for you to do all the major cleanup and still charged a fee for cleaning while booking. I highly recommend this condo.

Short Trip- The condo unit was as described. Recently remodeled and VERY clean!

Perfect location My husband and I stayed at the condo for a quick getaway to the beach for our baby moon. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Just a 3 minute drive to Casino Beach. It had a covered parking spot, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful view. Absolutely wonderful!

Couples getaway. My husband and I love Pensacola. This property was clean, roomy, nicely decorated and updated. We enjoyed our visit.

Spring trip for two older adults Condo was exactly as pictured. Nice area, good walking or biking. Lots of nearby food, drink and of course the beach. Owners supplied beach chairs, umbrella, etc which was very nice. Some upgrades are being completed to the outside of the buildings. Not a major problem.

Excellent vacation spot! Everything about the property and the process was perfect and I would recommend this property and the area.

Home away from home- The condo was exactly as described/pictured and had everything that we needed for our week's stay. We did not have a car and the location was perfect as shopping, restaurants and beaches were within walking distance. Donna had let us know ahead of time what amenities would be provided and the rest of the items we had delivered from Walmart the next morning. I wish we could have stayed longer!
