The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a French door refrigerator, glass cooktop, large oven, microwave, and dishwasher. No expense has been spared in the amenities of this house. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, including initial coffee, spices, and condiments.
The gourmet, granite-top island kitchen is fully stocked with crystal, cookware, bakeware, coffee bar, Ninja blender, and more. The dining area, which borders the open kitchen, has seating for 8 at the dining table. This is a very special home for families traveling together.
The Master Suite is luxuriously furnished with a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, a relaxing soaking tub, and seperate enclosed toilet room.
There are two guest bedrooms, one features a king size bed, and the second - a queen bed.
All bedrooms have newly furnished mattresses, upscale bedding, smart TVs, phone charging stations, and ceiling fans.

I was lucky enough to stay at this beautiful house for three days. I absolutely loved it here. The place is so incredibly clean and well decorated. It has everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay and more. The location is so convenient and close to all of the restaurants and beaches. I will most definitely recommend this place to my friends. Hope to be back here one day myself.

Emerald Coast Getaways was a fantastic host! Instructions were clear, they took the time to label things, we're very responsive to questions and provided a great book of local things to do and eat.
The home was beautifully decorated and they absolutely thought of everything we might need! It is truly a hidden gem! The perfect location between the quieter Navarre and the busier Pensacola-- easily accessible to the best of both worlds.
We're already making plans to stay there again soon!

Round three! What a wonderful little home! We can't stay away for too long, because it gets cuter and cuter every time we come. I love that we are able to visit three of the six beaches nearby so quickly. And that all of the little details are thought for us, we don't have to bring so many unnecessary things, because they are so thoughtfully provided for us, like beach towels, chairs, sand toys, even a fancy blender, and gorgeous patio furniture. Thank you for being a wonderful host as always, we can't wait to come back really soon!!

Absolutely lovely home! With its cozy elegance it is perfectly located between two of the most beautiful beaches, Pensacola and Destin. It is big enough for my family and fur babies to have all the room we need. Everything is clean and organized perfectly. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We cannot wait to come back again. This house is a dream! So clean and comfortable, like a home. The kitchen even had a rolling pin!! We were so lucky to spend time here. We fell in love with 38C on Navarre Beach, and Mcguire's is probably our favorite restaurant out of everything we have ever tried.

This home has an amazing host!
It was our first time in Gulf Breeze, and we love it! The home is clean, bright, and spacious, it is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The house also has such a roomy back yard for a barbecue & for just relaxing. We had a wonderful time with our family! Great Navarre beach, very accessible! We saw tons of Marine Life - sharks, dolphins, sea turtles, and Blue Herons. Great place to enjoy the water, soak up the sun, walk the pier, and fish!
