HOME CONFIGURATION + SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

  • The first bedroom behind double french doors has a king size bed, 55" flat screen TV.
  • The second bedroom has a Custom Built Bunk Room, Two sets of Full over Full bunks and a 55" flat screen TV.
  • There is a shared guest bathroom in the hall with a single sink and a walk in glass enclosed shower.
  • The third bedroom features two queens, 65" flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom that will provide the rest and relaxation needed! This en suite has dual sinks and an over sized walk in shower with dual shower heads and a soaking tub.

    Balcony access from every bedroom, where you can savor the ocean breeze or catch a mesmerizing sunset.

We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo,and bath soap for the first 24 hours and a starter supply of trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher pods. We strongly recommend you bring additional. We provide all the bed linens and bath towels. 

Community Amenities: Charcoal grill, elevator, pool, beach access, gym, tennis/pickleball/basketball and shuffle board courts, coin washer & coin dryer, outdoor dining and fire pit.

Get to Know the Area
This Sabine Yacht and Racket Club condo is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches.  This makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, public access across the street (beach cart provided), making it the perfect place to stay. This unit is conveniently located near the free Pensacola Beach Trolley stop (Seasonal).

Other things to note:
While we recognize the very real need for both Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets.
In the interest of caution and the well-being of guests with pet allergies, we unfortunately have to request that our guests refrain from bringing any and all animals into the residence. Please inquire about our Pet Friendly options as we are happy to help you find the perfect location.

Property
We've stayed all over Pensacola Beach - all the hotels, condos, houses, even RVs. This new property is our favorite, for the following reasons: - The views from the windows and balconies are absolutely the best views on the beach. while you can see the beach itself, it is the panoramic views of the Little Sabine bayou, the Santa Rosa Sound, and Pensacola Bay that enraptured us. There is no better place to watch the sunset. - This condo has been fully renovated and updated, and when I say updated, I mean it. Check out the photos. - This property is centrally located, just a 5-10 minute walk from the pier and the boardwalk, yet it's location on Little Sabine gives it a quiet environment. - We loved the tennis/pickleball courts, the large pool, and the dock. - Property management is friendly and responsive.

Check-out time: 10:00AM These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival.  All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
No Pets Allowed.
