Pensacola Beach Cottage with Old-Fashioned Pensacola Beach Charm!

Spring break. Exactly what we were looking for. Close to town and the beach!

Great spot for young families! We stayed for 5 nights, it was a great space for our family with a toddler. He enjoyed the toys that were available and exploring the yard. There is also a playground less than a block away. Communication was great and the space was clean and as advertised. Easy to get to and great access to the beach. It was nice to have covered parking a few feet away from the door!

Highly recommend! We had a wonderful experience at this property! The house was quiet and exactly what we hoped it would be. Beach access was a convenient 1-2 minute walk and the house was well-equipped with chairs and things you could take down to the beach, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off. When an appliance failed during our stay, the property manager was quick with communication and went above and beyond to make sure that we weren't inconvenienced while they were (very promptly!) getting the appliance replaced. She was also great about letting us know about special events happening around Pensacola Beach and making sure that we got the most out of our trip. When we come back, this will be the first property we check for availability!

One of the best vacations we've ever had The house was so close to the beach, and it was so nice to have all the necessary beach equipment already at the house. The beach was so clean and quiet! We saw dolphins, manatees, jellyfish, and sharks! Just an overall wonderful vacation!

SUMMER FUN We had the BEST time here. Place was clean, quant, and perfect for 2 adults, 2 children. Spent a lot of time at the beach, but the outdoor shower to the bathroom really helped with the control of sand. Enough space for us to have our separate places along with the outdoor area for us adults and kids inside when needed. Had everything we could have needed for a summer beach house for the week and owner, Donna, was extremely tentative, polite, and accommodating. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone staying here. Will be booking again if availability when I come back into town.

Family trip - The place was perfect for a quick trip to enjoy the beach! Good location, plenty amenities, perfect beach bungalow feel. Loved all the beach gear and bikes that were available. Can't wait to go back.

Great hidden gem! This cute beach cottage was packed with tons of surprises and was more than we could have expected. Being cozy and a short skip to the beach was just the icing on the cake. This beach house was in a great location to shopping, food and experiences. Definitely want to book another stay here soon. The host was quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed.

Great Vacation - Great time!

Exactly as advertised - House is the perfect size for 4 adults. Great location, close to the action. House was exactly as previously described by other renters. Pictures were spot on. No surprises at all. We loved our stay, and the manager was awesome when we met to check in.

House was great The house was perfect for us three girls. The walk to the beach was all sand no walkway. If you went the other direction a bit further, you can walk on a mat to the beach. The host was AWESOME! She communicates with us very well and even brought us an extra beach chair and umbrellas! SO HELPFUL. I would definitely stay again.

Charming house in a great location! This charming house is in a great location with the added luxury of no stairs to climb to enter the home. Just a few minutes to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants, the house came with all of the essentials for a comfortable, carefree stay at the beach. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again during future visits to Pensacola Beach!

Wonderful Memorial Day getaway! Check in was very easy! The owner contacted me the day before and asked what time we would be arriving at the property. We ended up being later than expected due to weather and traffic and they were very easy to work with on getting checked in at a later time. The house was very clean and in a great location central to all the attractions. The bikes were a great attribute to the property of you didnt want to walk. They had many things needed for a great beach day! Including a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach! Even though it isnt right on the beach it was a very easy walk to the beach access which is right behind the house! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook with (kitchenware wise). The walmart was a bit of a drive away and the local gas station prices on needed supplies was over double priced so I would recommend making the trip to walmart in Gulf Breeze. We really enjoyed the back patio and utilized it a lot in the evenings while we were there while we grilled! Over all it was a great experience and I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in Pensacola Beach!

Perfect! Our family of four loved staying here! It was the perfect location to shopping, eating and the different parts of the beach we like. We would stay here again!

Great Beach House We had a Great Time and It was Perfect!

Wonderful house The house was just as pictured. Checkin and out was easy. It was clean, very well equipped, comfortable, and near EVERYTHING. I used the bike to ride around. I walked to the beach. My only challenge was the remotes, but I figured them out. I would certainly stay here again. It was great.

Perfect home for the perfect family vacation We loved everything about this house! Great location to either the ocean or bay. My husband and 14 year old son were up every morning for sunrise fishing and both were a quick walk. We loved having the beach wagon, umbrella, sand toys and floating toys, and body boards for hours of entertainment. The two bikes provided were helpful to have a quick ride to dinner and we also rented a tandem bike my 8 year old loved riding with us. Great house, location and price. Would definitely rent this house again if we go to Pensacola Beach! Donna was very easy to communicate with prior, during and after our stay. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Would definitely go through her again for a future stay.
