The condo was perfect. It was in a great location close to the bay and the beach. The pool was very nice to have access too also! Would definitely consider coming here again and staying in the same condo!!!

Very Accommodating.
Quiet stay and area. Great AC, clean condo, close to parking, but not noise at all. Close to the bay and beach. Easy walking access to both. Very close to the bridge, a few restaurants, and convenient store. We had a minor issue, but management and owners went out of their way, above and beyond, to resolve very quickly. Having open and personable communication with the management who sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay was a nice change from other places weve stayed in the past.

Great condo.
We were very excited to see that the condo looked just like the pictures on internet. Donna was wonderful in letting us know about the Blue Angels flying over. The only thing I would say is the door to the shower in the hallway bathroom was very hard to open but that definitely would not keep us from staying there again. It was super clean and decorated very cute. We loved the location.

Our stay was perfect. The check in process was flawless and Donna was beyond helpful. The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for us in a great location. Donna is very accommodating, she even texted us to let us know the blue angels would be flying down the beach within the hour. We will definitely be back and will spread the word to family amd friends!

Perfect Getaway
Everything was wonderful! The condo was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed to be away from home. Location was great and lots of parking. We really appreciated the toiletries, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid and dishwasher liquid. The pool was clean and the access to the beach was just across the street. The property manager remained in constant communication with us and was absolutely wonderful! Looking forward to the next time!

This property was just as advertised. Although the unit stated a small square footage, the layout was roomy and spacious. The built-in bunk beds were great for my young teenaged children! The host was easy to contact, answered in a timely manner, and was even helpful on suggesting restaurants in the area. This was our first time in Navarre, and we enjoyed our stay. This unit is perfect for a couple or a small family!

Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
No Pets Allowed.
Non-Smoking Property this includes balconies and patio.
Snowbird Rentals Accepted.
Renter must be 25+ years of age.
Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will, without exception, be a $200 charge and immediate eviction.
