Our atmosphere is more of a beach getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to everything. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes,  white sand beaches, and the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Loft is light & airy and has all the space for 4 guests to relax together...that adds up to one perfect vacation getaway!

- 2nd Floor Loft Condo - No elevator.
-1 assigned covered parking space. Limited guest parking is first come, first serve.
-No Pets.
-Construction is in place all over Pensacola Beach. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the condominium.

This Sand Dollar loft condo is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches. This makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. The lively public beach is just a half mile away!  Sand Dollar is conveniently located close to many of the area’s natural amenities. You’re literally steps from Little Sabine Bay, a 4 min. walk to the beach, and a short ride to Fort Pickens National Park with its many recreation opportunities. Paddle Board/Kayak in the shallow, calm and clear waters of Sabine Bay!

Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 5:00PM
Check-out time: 10:00AM These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking - No Vaping, this includes balconies and patio.
Renter must be 25+ years of age
Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and  there will, without exception, be a $200 charge and you will be asked to vacate.

Snowbird Rentals Accepted.
Home has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
