The space
Welcome to Starboard! You'll love this updated 3 bedroom home in the Tiger Point golf community with a backyard oasis and sparkling new pool, located only 10-15 min from Pensacola Beach (depending on traffic). This comfy home with a beach cottage vibe is the perfect getaway for your Pensacola vacation. (The pool can also be heated for an additional fee of $40/day or $250/week.)

The home is located within the Tiger Point community with easy access to the Tiger Point Golf Club, open to the public. Nestled along the gentle shores of the Santa Rosa Sound, Tiger Point provides the perfect balance of recreation and challenge.

Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire home with your own front door security code. The code changes with every reservation, door codes will be given the day of check-in.
- The door automatically locks when you close it so you will need to re-enter your code any time you need to enter.
- You don’t need to do anything to lock the door (it is like a hotel door).
There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door. For your safety and security the cameras will remain on.

 

We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, shampoo, and bath soap for the first 24 hours, and a starter supply of trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. We strongly recommend you bring additional supplies. We provide all of the bed linens and bath towels, and when you are ready to venture out and explore beautiful Pensacola Beach, we provide complimentary beach gear including a cooler on wheels, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs and beach towels/pool towels!

It is mandatory that the guests manage their trash throughout their stay. Directions about pick-up days are in the manual at the property and in the Welcome Letter sent out before arrival.
We also ask that you clean the grill to the best of your abilities before you leave.
Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly on her mobile phone.

Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 5:00PM
Check-out time: 10:00AM These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival.  All guests and belongings must be out of the unit, as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. 
The pool can also be heated for an additional fee of $40/day or $250/week.

Other things to note
There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door.
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs old. 
There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home or on the property. 
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents and some have lived here for over 30 years.
