The sandy footpath leading from the deck to the surf allows for easy, breezy jaunts to and from the beach - with a bird’s-eye view to keep tabs on comings and goings from the kitchen and deck. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for that post beach rinse.

We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo,and bath soap for the first 24 hours and a starter supply of trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher pods. We strongly recommend you bring additional supplies.
- During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
-No Pets
-No Smoking - No Vaping.
-Construction is in place all over Pensacola Beach. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly on her cell.

Really amazing home!
This house is a beautiful home. Everything is brand new and as high as it gets. Really close walk to the beach. Bikes are new. Beach chairs, toys, hammock, grill, out door seating all were used and enjoyed. Fun stay!

We will be back! The house is gorgeous inside and out! The proximity to the beach is perfect. We could see the ocean from the kitchen to know the water conditions. The teenagers liked being able to spread out and the adults liked their own space as well!!

Lovely beachside home. The listing tells you almost everything you need to know about this comfortable, spacious house. The only thing to add is that it's as comfortable and inviting as it seems, and the kitchen has all the essentials and more for cooking and baking when you don't feel like going out. It's spacious enough for a small family gathering. The outdoor space has great views, is equally spacious and well appointed. We'd stay here again.

Beautiful house, just steps from the beach! Our group of 4 adults and 5 kids thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We cooked several meals and really appreciated the large, well-stocked kitchen. The furnishings are super comfortable, beautiful, and the kids loved the bunk room and play space. We also really appreciated having use of a cart to haul our beach gear back and forth. The location is wonderful - one house away from the beach and right across from the easement path. The rental agency was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you for creating a great space to make lifelong family memories!

All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo,and bath soap for the first 24 hours and a starter supply of trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher pods. We strongly recommend you bring additional supplies. We provide all the bed linens and bath towels.
It is mandatory that the guests manage their trash throughout their stay. Directions about pick-up days are in the manual at the property.
We also ask that you clean the grill to the best of your ability before you leave.
