Close enough yet not too close to the happening (within walking distance). Very cozy, all amenities needs were supplied, beds were very comfortable. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Property manager, Donna is a Gem!

stayed 3 weeks at Sand Dollar, weather was absolutely perfect for these Michiganders! Condo was very comfortable and clean. Donna , the property manager went over and above to make sure our stay was comfortable, took care of all our needs. outside of complex being remodeled, did not hinder our stay, workers very polite and considerate.

Cute Condo just across from the Beach -
Very clean, spacious 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 and 1/2 bath property with dedicated parking spot. We stayed for a long weekend. Beds were super comfy, and kitchen is nicely updated. Bathroom is tight and awkwardly located (bathroom and closet should be switched??), but we managed just fine. The tv is in the living room is big, but we had trouble getting the remote to change channels. Also it has only basic cable - I think. It is, however, a smart tv, but we did not log in to any of our streaming services so can't speak to that. Beach towels, 2 chairs, and an umbrella were provided- all of which worked great for us on the beach! Donna was excellent at communicating with me before and during our stay! We had a great time and would stay here again! Thank you!

Break before work -
My daughter completed her internship and we stayed for a weekend before she had to join the working class like the rest of us The condo was perfect for us and close to everything. We were steps from the Bay and the Beach was a very short walk. The manager was great to work with. The condo was clean and fresh! Id gladly stay there again.

Best Place on the Beach -
I love the beach and Ive stayed at a lot of great places but I felt like this was the best. Its great for adults because its so quiet and serene. I dont think pictures can do the views and location justice. Its gorgeous and practically on the water. Im glad I read the other reviews about the outside. You definitely cant judge a book by its cover when it comes to this place.

Beautiful Beach Stay
I really appreciate the beach umbrella folded chairs and sunscreen prepared in rental facilities. We used all of them to fully enjoyed Pensacola beach. BTW: property manager Donna even informed us when the Blue Angels will pass the beach. We were lucky to see them roaring past over the beach. Amazing! I do recommend this for family vacation.

This condo was excellent!
It was perfect for our family with the upstairs loft, kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of space. It was in a nice, quiet part of town, 3-5 minute walk to the beach, and close to all the fun activities in Pensacola Beach. Our favorite thing to do was watch the Blue Angels practice at Fort Pickens, just a few miles down the road. We loved eating at Flounders, visiting Lagunas and doing a dolphin cruise. Thank you for the perfect family vacation!!

Right across the street from the beach! The condo was great for a quick beach getaway for my little family. Our host was just a quick text away and responded very quickly! The condo itself was VERY clean, and had all the basics that we needed for our trip (even a small container of washing detergent and a can of spray sunscreen). I really appreciated that fact that there was even a spray bottle of cleaner in each the kitchen and bathroom for those inevitable little messes from the kids. We love the small touch of the adorable fish silverware and soft fuzzy yellow blanket! There were only two things that I would suggest adding to make it an even better stay. Having more washcloths would have made us not have to do laundry so often. Also, a TV in the loft/bedroom would have been nice. We enjoy falling asleep with the noise and glow of a quiet TV. It also would have allowed the kids and parents to watch two different things to relax a bit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend! We found this newly listed property to be spotlessly clean, updated, well stocked, and in a fabulous location. The bedroom upstairs is spacious, great mattresses, huge closet, and great linens. The kitchen is stocked with new housewares, not some leftover items that some owners leave. There were many thoughtful items supplied for the guests, ranging from beach chairs....to the disposable cup and fork I needed. I appreciate the hospitality in those items and in the managing company. The managing company was quick to respond, and communicated well. This too was very appreciated. We loved how easy it was to cross the street to go to the phenomenal beach. We had friends stay at another condo down the road and would either walk or drive (plenty of parking spaces) and meet them.
Upon arrival, do not be alarmed as you enter & go up the stairs of the main building by the condition. Our first impression was of concern, but when we entered into this super clean unit, we were quite
