The living area is an open plan that consists of large, reclining leather sofa and loveseat, with an additional full-size sofa, and a 75 - inch smart TV.  The entertainment center includes board games, puzzles, and books for all ages!
People who enjoy relaxing with a good book on the beach will find a great selection of books at this lovely vacation home, and kids can enjoy all kinds of games. There is something for everyone in this beautiful home!

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a French door refrigerator, glass cooktop, large oven, microwave, and dishwasher. No expense has been spared in the amenities of this house. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, including initial coffee, spices, and condiments.

The gourmet, granite-top island kitchen is fully stocked with crystal, cookware, bakeware, coffee bar, Ninja blender, and more. The dining area, which borders the open kitchen, has seating for 8 at the dining table.  This is a very special home for families traveling together.

The Master Suite is luxuriously furnished with a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, a relaxing soaking tub, and seperate enclosed toilet room. 

There are two guest bedrooms, one features a king size bed, and the second - a queen bed.
All bedrooms have newly furnished mattresses, upscale bedding, smart TVs, phone charging stations, and ceiling fans.
The beautiful, fenced backyard is a gem!

Protected lands surround the back of the house. You won’t need to leave to feel like you’re on vacation. Let the kids run around the large, grassy yard while you relax.  The covered patio area with a gas grill gives you the opportunity to spend cozy BBQ evenings outdoors with plenty of seating to dine.

Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire home with your own front door security code. The code changes with every reservation, door codes will be given the day of check-in.
There are security cameras on the front exterior, the back patio, side yard gate, inside the garage, and the Ring doorbell. For your safety and security the cameras will remain on.






 

We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, shampoo, and bath soap for the first 24 hours, and a starter supply of trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. We strongly recommend you bring additional supplies. We provide all of the bed linens and bath towels, and beach towels.

It is mandatory that the guests manage their trash throughout their stay. Directions about pick-up days are in the manual at the property and in the Welcome Letter sent out before arrival.
We also ask that you clean the grill to the best of your abilities before you leave.
Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly on her mobile phone.

-Construction is in place all over Pensacola. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.

Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 5:00PM
Check-out time: 10:00AM These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival.  All guests and belongings must be out of the unit, as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.

 Ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up to date prior to your stay, especially anti-flea treatment.
