Well be back
We had an amazing time here at Donnas property. The listing is exactly what youll get. The condo was decorated so cute & SO clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, the bathrooms were perfect & the two person shower was awesome. The bedroom loft was so cool & the bed was super comfy. All of the tvs are roku which made it very convenient to watch our favorite shows to wind down for bed. We were able to wash our dirty clothes in the washer on the porch which saved me lots of laundry to do when we got home. The condo is so close to all of the restaurants & beach accesses, Well definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful stay
At first the "curb appeal" wasn't great. It seemed the place was having some work done on the outside and the 3 walled (not totally enclosed) garage parking area was a bit of a mess. Don't judge this property by this initial impression. Inside it was beautifully done and very comfortable and cozy for my wife and I. We had a fantastic time and the weather could not have been better. The bikes were a huge plus. We will stay here again.

Perfect Honeymoon.
We were finally able to take our honeymoon and it couldnt have been more perfect. From the decor and location, to the super host who was attentive and informative hands down this was the perfect gem. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, walking across the street to the beach, and only minutes from anywhere you want to eat or play on the beach just wow. Thanks for making our honeymoon a time we will never forget!

Relaxing design. Convenient location
The login process was extremely simple which was a great after the drive to Pensacola. The home decor was beautiful and relaxing. The natural sunlight helped with relaxing and appreciating the environment. The space was conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel area, the walk was refreshing. The bikes were a convenient addition, though under-utilized by me during my stay.

Perfect, relaxing and convenient
My husband and I had the most wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and you can tell the owners truly care about the guest experience. There were a few mornings, while sitting on the porch drinking coffee, when we were blessed to see a few dolphins swim by in the bay. Soooooo close to the ocean for afternoon play and evening walks. And, very close to all of the neighboring restaurants and other fun activities. A beachy home away from home I think anyone would enjoy; WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

Quiet retreat
Beautifully decorated, fully stocked dishes so you can cook meals and not have to go out for every meal. Nice and quiet as it's not one of the hotels and on the bay side, can still see the gulf side from both balcony and bedroom windows. Beach access is convenient, just down the road and across the street. Love the shower. Definitely recommend Peg Leg Pete's for food as it's just a couple minutes down the road. Laundry on site is also nice. Included access to bikes, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella which was a nice bonus. TVs were excellent for bad weather days. Definitely would rent this place again. Host was very welcoming and great to communicate with.

Amazing Time
We stayed for 6 days at the end of March in this beautiful, two-level condo. The sea foam decor fit the beach theme, and the balcony faced west, which allowed for some wonderful afternoon sun. We only had one beautiful sunset, due to the weather, but it was worth it! We were able to use the included beach chairs and umbrella daily, and the beach was just a short walk. The host shared some amazing places to try for dinner with suggestions of exceptional food. All in all, we have a fabulous time, and we would highly suggest renting this place

Lovely condo
Great location, walk or bike to numerous restaurants, beach and Fort Perkins. Condo is nicely decorated, many amenities in kitchen, fabulous large shower. Bed is very comfortable. Everything was new. Half bath and washer/dryer on main floor a plus. Beach is a 3 minute walk but condo is on the Sound. Gulf and sound can both be seen from balcony. Very quiet complex. Donna was very attentive to any questions we had. Would rent again.

We've stayed at the Gulf Coast before, but this condo was amazingly decorated and came with all the necessary items to make the stay comfortable and even luxurious. The double person shower was our favorite luxury! The proximity to the beach and walking the beach to town was so awesome! Great for exfoliating the feet too. Peg Leg Pete's was so close that we ended up there for various types of oysters and a drink many times in the afternoon on our walks. The TV was loaded with shows to watch and movies for our rainy or quiet evenings. I was able to pull up to the desk and work a few mornings quietly. Oh, and the sound proofing was lovely. The decorating was beautiful and we were able to cook meals no problem with the pots and pans and dishware! We walked everywhere, even to town because it was close and allowed us more calories for the ice-cream shop and Flounders-yum! Wish there was a nice latte caffe, but we were not deprived. The only thing for us was that the bed was quite soft and we are firm mattress people. Can't complain though. We had high temperatures for January and enjoyed every minute. Thank you Donna for being an attentive host and an amazing decorator. We met many people and will be back next year for some more fun in the sun.

My husband and I were lucky enough to be one of the first guests to stay in this vacation rental. We were so happy with our choice of this condo. Its centrally located, Heading out to the beach every morning without having to bring keys another bonus! Also, it was so nice having the beach chairs and bikes available free of charge. Spending our evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine and watching the sunset also wasnt something we were complaining about. Point blank, the king bed is super comfy, the home is stocked with the basics you need (and more), and the decor is adorable! It feels like vacation from the moment you walk through the front door. Donna was amazing to work with and so responsive! We cannot wait to book this place again!
